Restaurant Chez Claudette Reviews
Une des meilleurs spot à poutine de Montréal. Grand choix, staff courtois et belle ambiance.
On the best poutine spot in Montréal. Huge choice of poutine and very helpful staff. It's a must
I went here when visiting Montreal as I was looking for a restaurant with great Poutine options. This place more than met expectations at least four pages of their menu were different combinations of Poutine and it was absolutely delicious and authentic what was ordered. Restaurant Chez Claudette is a highly regarded establishment, known for its excellent poutines. Both vegetarians and meat-lovers can find satisfaction here, with options ranging from a vegetarian poutine to a local favorite, the Quebecois. The portions are substantial, and the menu offers a wide variety of poutine options. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with small menus available. Located in a charming and safe neighborhood, it is a must-try for anyone looking for authentic Quebecois cuisine. Despite the difficulty in finding parking, the delicious food and warm welcome make it worth the visit.
The restaurant offers a Jardinière poutine, which is a large size and can be shared between two people. The service is fast and very friendly. Vegetarians have several choices, including a vegetarian poutine sauce, though it is less tasty and more liquid than the traditional sauce.
Customers describe the restaurant as unpretentious, with an honest and generous poutine and an old-fashioned decor that is part of the experience. The portions and prices are fantastic, making it a great spot for poutine while in town. Despite the limited parking, the restaurant is known to be kid-friendly.
