The staff are pretty chill and the prices are very reasonable, with a weekly special for $12 that comes with protein, rice, and salad. The restaurant has a nice vibe, feels like a neighbourhood spot, and is a great place to hang out, get work done, or meet friends. La Boite Gourmande also serves coffee and seasonal drinks like pumpkin latte. The food is tasty, with many dishes receiving positive comments, although some have noted inconsistencies and surprises, such as undercooked onions or unexpected ingredients.
