“I believe I was one of the first customers when the Starbucks opened in the time of Covid. Since I have been a regular customer. The atmosphere is great a friendly and the service excellent. The manager Michelle takes real ownership of the place. always stocking materials, cleaning and brining exciting products to customers. Michelle took time to help me find my back pack which I had lost. She reviewed the cameral footage and it helped me locate my bag. Keep it going!!!!!“

Parking: This Starbucks is in the hotel lobby of the Sheraton so parking is not easy and street parking or indoor parking is $$. However u can't go wrong to stop by of you are on foot in the area :)“

“One of the best Starbucks in Montreal! As an Uber driver, I’ve been to many locations, but this one stands out. The staff is always kind and professional, especially one friendly woman whose name I don’t know. Great service, clean place, and consistently great coffee. Highly recommend!“

“The guy behind me was irate because his orange mocha Frappuccino didn’t have the extra whipped cream he ordered. A fight broke out but the staff handled it with dignity and grace. Also my green tea was to die for. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Nice clean, airy, bright Starbucks right in front of the Bell Center. A small outdoor seating area in warmer weather.

Staff are always working and moving, but never seems to have trouble staying on top of orders. Staff has always been pleasant and friendly and bilingual, my orders have always been good. No bad experiences. Not a big coffee drinker, but when I do want frothy and sweet coffee-like beverages, this is one of my favourite Starbucks cafés in the city.

I usually order ahead, and can easily and quickly pick up my order. It feels comfortable stopping in, very consistent and pleasant. I've never had trouble getting a stool to sit on if needed, and there's plenty of space when waiting for your order.

Maybe plan ahead if you know there'll be a sudden flood of people waiting to go in or all coming out of the Bell Center at once.“

“Another coffee shop where you could each have the coffee of your choice for $5 - $15/cup. What I appreciated, though, is when I thought to order a sandwich from one of the folks who worked there and when I asked what it came with, he told me and when I further inquired about a spicy Moya add-on, he clarified that the sandwiches were pre-made and delivered to the store. Speaking out loud to the walls I muttered, disappointed, that the last time I had purchased a ready-made sandwich was many years ago on a plane. The gentleman kind of acknowledged that these might be similar and I changed my order to a heated cinnamon square which was met with a confident nod. Thanks for your discretion, kind sir...you saved me from airport food - both the black coffee and the dessert were wonderful.“

“This Starbucks is connected to the hotel, which is convenient if you’re staying there. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, and it had a great vibe. We tried the coffee, a refresher, and the ham and cheese croissant, everything was very good. Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick stop during your day.“

“Happy New Year. The store was packed when I arrived. The music was loud. But, the baristas were working calmly and orderly. I waited for 15+ minutes for me to get to me. The ham and cheese croissant went out and I was offered a lunch sandwich version of ham and cheese. I could not complain.

Very few stores opened today. All the coffee shops that opened today were busy.“
