Starbucks in Montreal

“This store was amazing! I mistakenly ordered for pickup instead of delivery, i called the store and they made exceptions of delivering my order eventhough they don't do delivery. They are so nice too when i was talking to them on the phone. What a great customer service and experience!!! Thank you again!“

“This is a great Starbucks location. Mainly for its housing within the Sheraton Hotel and the overall layout of the shop. The fact that you can take an elevator down to the shop without stepping out and walking down the street is convenient, especially at 6 am.

It can get fairly busy here, but the service is very quick and they nailed the cold brew and coffees I bought for my family. The one thing that I was hoping for was a bit more variety in the drinkware and cups to buy. I was hoping to try and find a Starbucks cup with 'MTL' or some other touristy style design on it. Especially while being in a hotel, it would make for a quick and nice souvenir, but it seems like merchandise for Starbucks isn't overly personalized to the area.“

“This Starbucks is connected to the hotel, which is convenient if you’re staying there. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, and it had a great vibe. We tried the coffee, a refresher, and the ham and cheese croissant, everything was very good. Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick stop during your day.“

“I came into the Starbucks January 24, 2026 after a power outage in my neighbourhood. I came into the Starbucks with my son to get something to drink and to charge my phone. I had the pleasure of being served by Chris. He was so friendly and kind. I have never had this level of customer service in my life. Honestly no exaggeration I felt like family. The store was spotless from the dinning area to the washroom. It was a wonderful experience and I will make a point to return again. Thank you Chris for the wonderful experience!“

“I mean my drink was good but I had to wait like 10 minutes for them to make it and I came in at like 10:30am and there wasn't a big lineup at the store. Not the employees fault cause there were just two of them but they should definitely schedule more employees so they can work more efficiently“

“Service was great at this location, all smiles. Barista knows how to make a great pecan latte. As a former barista I approve!

Not a lot of seating here, more of a stop and go place, but it’s in a good spot to find outdoor seating/ browse the local shops if your a walk and sip person“

“Nice Starbucks location, veey convenient..but what I liked most is the service when I came. The guy making my coffee was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. It makes all the difference between me wishing to come back or not. I read some reviews that not every customer is so lucky to have a cashier or barista who cares, but I guess it depends on who serves you and who works that day, as they are all mostly students. And of course how nice you are as a customer affects how nice they are back to you.

If I want to go to Starbucks, I would definitely come back here again.“

“This has been my go to every time. I have tried some other places in downtown but this one’s the best for me. The best was on 16th aug 2025 at 4:45pm. I don’t know who made it but it was mesmerising and it’s what made me write this review. It was not the first sip (as Starbucks says)but that i had in every sip. Thank you who ever it is that made my drink, bcz you made my day and am writing this from the bottom of my heart.“

“Nice clean, airy, bright Starbucks right in front of the Bell Center. A small outdoor seating area in warmer weather.

Staff are always working and moving, but never seems to have trouble staying on top of orders. Staff has always been pleasant and friendly and bilingual, my orders have always been good. No bad experiences. Not a big coffee drinker, but when I do want frothy and sweet coffee-like beverages, this is one of my favourite Starbucks cafés in the city.

I usually order ahead, and can easily and quickly pick up my order. It feels comfortable stopping in, very consistent and pleasant. I've never had trouble getting a stool to sit on if needed, and there's plenty of space when waiting for your order.

Maybe plan ahead if you know there'll be a sudden flood of people waiting to go in or all coming out of the Bell Center at once.“

“There's something about coming here in the morning and at night that makes it special. It's a nice place to have some good conversations with friends and just hang out in general.

“I visited this location on Thursday (the 27th of March) at around 8 am and I had a fantastic experience! I’ve been to this location before and I’ve always had very nice experiences but this one took the cake! The staff was attentive, caring and thoughtful and I left with a smile on my face. Your kindness goes a long way!“

“Ordered 1 coffee traveler through mobile app at 8:26am (said about 15-18min wait time). Arrived at 8:33am. It was super busy on a Saturday morning...

At 8:56am, I ask counter if it was ready...no not yet. Waited exactly 1 hour, at 9:27am, I went to counter again to have my mobile order cancelled because I can't wait anymore. I was told maybe your order is stolen since an hour wait is not normal, but I said I did not see any customer took out a coffee traveler pack in the last 50 something minutes. Then, they figured out the order was on the side already.☹️

The product is excellent, the staffs I have nothing to say, but there's clearly a loophole here...😮‍💨“

“I’ve been ordering the same drink — a flat white — for what feels like a decade now. And you know what? It’s always… decent. Not life-changing, not disappointing — just consistently solid. Like that one friend who’s never the life of the party but always shows up on time with snacks.

The beauty of Starbucks is its predictable consistency. Whether I’m in a mall, a gas station, or what seems like the fifth location on the same block, I know exactly what I’m getting. The baristas are friendly (even when they spell my name in wildly creative ways), the vibe is chill, and the espresso always does its job.

So while I’ve never wept tears of joy over my flat white, I’ve also never regretted it. And the fact that I keep coming back probably says more than any five-star review ever could.

Would I recommend Starbucks? Sure — especially if you’re a creature of habit who appreciates a reliably warm cup of “good enough.”“
