Pupusas and empanadas (one Chilean, one Colombian). Sabor Latino is nice, they have a supermarket stacked with products from Latin America but at a higher price. There’s also the food serving section where you pick what you want , they give you a tray and you can sit nearby at one of the tables inside to enjoy.There’s another (smaller) Sabor Latino on St Laurent with better service because in this one the food was served cold.
One of the only places in Montreal you can get a latino-cafeteria style meal reminiscent of the format you'll find in Latin America. I didn't really do any grocery shopping here (except a small bottle of hot sauce), but they have a great range of imported products as well.
