“Delightful spot! The empanadas are DELICIOUS! Make sure you also get the chimichuri - it’s so flavoursome. We stopped in for a quick bite, service was fast and efficient. Staff we’re very friendly and attentive. Would come back for sure, curious to try some of their other menu items like the soups and other flavoured empanadas.“

“Wowowow!!! Súper impressed by the food and service! We ordered the sopa de mariscos & carne de res sopa and they were both filled with so much meat. The broth was so rich and everything was so fresh. I also ordered some carnitas pupusas and it was delicious. We can’t wait to go back. We had a great time and it was nice to have real authentic latin food. Muchas gracias!!!“

“This was a good decision among the many options along the Jacques-Cartier area. We were going along Rue Saint-Paul looking at art galleries, souvenir shops, restaurants and many more. Sabrosa caught my eye and I didn’t even check out the menu before asking for a table.

We were seated quickly and the patio area was fairly packed already but we didn’t really feel that there was a wait to anything. I asked our server what she thought was a better choice between albacore tostada and salmon tiradito and she said that they’re both good but the Albacore is more filling for her (which was a great suggestion as she knew that my company and I was just sharing everything). Little did I know that in just a few minutes from ordering that I am going to be a fan of Albacore (slightly seared but raw for the most part) after having that fresh plate of goodness! Never had anything like this before so it was a first, I also want to note that I am not a fan of cherry tomatoes but this made me a believer!

The fried chicken tacos were also amazing! It was a bit mouthful and messy to eat but who cares? I don’t! I will never forget how crispy the chicken was and the scrumptious sauce they drizzled on top of it! I am getting hungry just by re-living the experience in my head!

Definitely a place I would go back to whenever I find myself in the area! Will be looking forward to try more of their offerings“

“Muy asequible precios y auténtica comida mexicana, como en un pequeño restaurante mexicano de comida rápida. Me siento como si estuviera en México. Los tazones de guacamole son enormes. Hacen tamales y es un poco difícil encontrar tamales en Quebec. El servicio est rapido.“

“I absolutely love this spot. I came here for Father’s Day brunch, and it was the busiest I’ve ever seen the restaurant. Despite the rush, the server and kitchen staff worked seamlessly together.

Our server even apologized for the wait at the end of the meal, but honestly, there was nothing to apologize for ~ we were in and out in about an hour on one of their busiest days. Impressive!

The food is always SO good, the staff are warm and welcoming, and you can really feel the care that goes into this family-owned spot. I feel lucky to have this gem in the neighbourhood. Highly recommend!“

“This place was really cool, had just about everything u need, the restaurant side was super cool, staff was friendly, i didnt really like the order line cuz i saw how people just butted in without waiting but beside that it was nice to have a homemade meal out in the city“
