In my humble opinion, one of the best restaurants in North America. I have eaten at three floret Michelin restaurants in various European cities. That this restaurant did not get an initial floret when Montreal restaurants were reviewed is a travesty - the judging is clearly uneven.
My daughter and budding chef de cuisine from Denver and I had a memorable and lovely experience. I wish to send her Chef Laprise's book (English version) but can't find it online. Please let me know how I can access this book? With gratitude, Glenn Elkins
From start to end a delight. The food was delicious and the plates were beautifully polished. Service was impeccable. We were pressed for time as we had to get to a show but the staff provided for this time constraint in a non rushed way. Would have loved to savour more and stay longer but it is a great excuse to return to this iconic establishment!
