What an experience! Over the course of about 3 hours, 7 fantastic dishes, paired with 7 glasses of perfectly selected wine, I discovered what the term "fine dining" actually means. It's sophisticated without being overly serious, the flavors are always playful, changing right when you think you've figured them out. Une expérience absolument mémorable! Accueil chaleureux, très bon service et une cuisine fine et raffinée. Nous avons aimé le menu dégustation, des entrées aux désserts, tout était très bon.
Toque was a great choice, we enjoyed our meals and experience as well as the staff who performed well. Our only downside was during one of the 7 courses, the “meat” portion of the meal consisted entirely of fat, and was not replaced. We felt that given the class of the restaurant, this circumstance was underwhelming.
