Ut Kia is a nice little authentic Vietnamese restaurant offering a no-frills dining experience with high-quality food. The pho is a standout dish with a rich, delicious broth, oxtail, and thinly sliced beef. The Bun Bo Hue is also highly recommended. Portions are large and affordable, with most items between $12 and $18. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Everything is delicious, though some note the use of frozen vegetables in the rice.
