How was I served artificial sorbet when I asked for the most common flavour of frozen yogurt (raspberry) at a place with frozen yogurt in the name. Immediately no. Overrated, overpriced as well as underwhelming patronage.

Crepe was dry, it was really hard to chew. Tapioca pearls were undercooked so had an almost powdery texture in their middle, they were also stuck together. The bag was all wet with the matcha boba when I got my order and it's not the drivers fault but because the cups were laying horizontally and the paper sealing isn't leak proof. I'm not even gonna talk about the waiting time. I hate giving bad reviews but I was really disappointed 😭

Waited 30minutes till the open time and when it was supposed to open it didn’t. We were waiting in the cold for 30minutes! The signs said it was open but the door was locked. Maybe next time open when you’re supposed to open. This is simply just advice for the future.

One of my favourite ice-cream spots to come to! They change their flavours somewhat often and is open during the winter which is perfect seeing how a little icecream treat is nice to have every once and again even when it’s cold outside. Parking is a little difficult to find at times but parking on the side streets and walking is a good way of earning a nice froyo after. They also have vegan ice cream sometimes which I’d love if they had more of but I’m definitely not complaining. A must try! Never disappoints!

I don't go here much often anymore, but recently I came back and it wasn't a good experience. I ordered my drink and paid, then patiently waited for about 20-30 minutes, remembering that they take a while to make, but after I see the cashier not really doing anything and go up to him then I had to remind him that I was waiting for my drink. He apologized and made my drink as quickly as possible, but he didn't even get my order right. I was with a friend so I was waiting for their drinks to arrive and one of them didn't get the right order like me. It was expensive and time-consuming. I recommend going to Bora if you want boba, it faster and tastes much better unless you want the frozen yogurt which in my opinion is not really good.

Such a classic and refreshing frozen treat ! I took strawberry, taro & matcha great combinations 😋🥰 you can add any topping of your choice by yourself , not too sweet and good texture, a little pricey this was around 12$ it adds up quick
