Stopped in for a quick Teen Burger and ended up leaving impressed by the service. While we were there, a few customers accidentally knocked over some donation posters with their coats. Most people wouldn’t even notice, let alone bother fixing them—but Vincent, who was clearly managing the place, took the time to carefully pick them up and reset them. You could tell he genuinely cared about the store and the cause.

On top of that, he handled some rude customers ahead of us with patience and professionalism, and was just genuinely kind and pleasant with us too. It’s not something you always see, especially in a fast food setting. Just wanted to say—Vincent, you’re doing a great job. It really shows. Ps very clean too restaurant/ tables floors“

“Malgré une forte achalandage en ce lundi soir, le service était rapide et aimable. Devant le trop grand choix de sauce, j'ai demandé l'avis du jeune employé, et j'ai eu droit à une recommandation surprenante de 2 sauces, ranch et chipotle, dans mon sous-marin au steak. Ce qui a transformé un sandwich régulier en une découverte à refaire.“

“Cashier was excellent, bilingual and knew how to use gift card. He also tidied the restaurant and checked garbage when not needed at cash. The server who dressed the burgers did an excellent job and refilled the condiments all by herself while 1 guy cooked and 2 other guys chitchatted with cook. Would be nice if one of those standing around could have pitched in especially when about 10 people in line waiting. There is management.

“I haven't been to a Subway in 1-2 years. The employee suggested crispy onion, which I didn't think was available at Subway. There was only Italian bread the day I went. To my great surprise, Swiss cheese seems to have been removed from Subway (for 1 year it seems).“
