“I have to give a shout about Catherine and Susie. I had forgotten 2 rings in the ladies room. Some kind person gave them to a staff member. When I phoned about them, Susie took a look around the bathroom, then asked her colleagues if they had seen them. Catherine said yes, they were in the office. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick them up, Susie had gone home, but Catherine was there, and brought me the rings. I was very grateful, and I attempted to give her a $20 tip. She refused, saying, "No, this is our job." Now I ask you, could you et better service than that? So a big thank you to Catherine and Susie!“
