The sashimi slices are done right and the maki are perfectly rolled. Many places roll them too tightly making the rice too chewy.

“I only do take out from this place. Decent sushi quality for the price. The poke bowls are quite tasty and so are some of the specialty items on the menu. The regular sushis are okay, they’re not bad but nothing impressive either.
Some of the staff’s attitude could do with a little improvement. Let’s say they don’t go out of their way to make you feel welcome.“

The menu had a good selection, the food was very fresh and the atmosphere was pleasant.

“Worth getting the Chef’s Specialties over the general platters. The “regular sushi” tend to be inconsistent in quality, taste and fish options. Many come with just veggies. But the Specialities are great and worth the extra bucks! They are also larger in size so no need to get a ton, they’ll fill you up!“

I recommend calling in advance for pickup. The sushi always tastes amazing and the presentation when you order a big platter is really nice. I can honestly say Sushi Hin is my favorite sushi place in the West Island. I have been there twice and the quality and service is very consistent. On my last visit i was there for lunch in a group of four and we were offered items that are only available for the night service.
