“This location can be insanely busy, but they are very service oriented, and food is fresh due to its popularity.

The drive-thru when busy causes some crisis due to being close to the street and strip mall exit causing at times a bit of a road block or inconvenience if you get stuck as you get closer to the outside take out console display to place your order.

Staff are pleasant.“

“Hello please can you hire staff who speak French and please do you have a message on the window where is the drive-thru for an allergy which is only written in English can you also add a paper which says it in French these are not all the world that understands English...and French must come before English I go to your Tim every day at the drive-thru I would appreciate seeing the message in French also I will come back and change my rating to 5 stars when I will see the message in French too, thank you“

“Atmosphere is beautiful, staff is friendly but… super disorganized. I ordered hot chocolates and cappuccinos to go but it took 30 minutes to make. Our drinks weren’t hot, not even warm… I also ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich with waffle fries that came out in no time but I still had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks. So as you would expect my food was cold since it was to go. There is potential here, staff need to synchronize and communicate. Sure I could have gone back in and asked to redo my order but I didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes to get the same outcome.“
