“This location can be insanely busy, but they are very service oriented, and food is fresh due to its popularity.

The drive-thru when busy causes some crisis due to being close to the street and strip mall exit causing at times a bit of a road block or inconvenience if you get stuck as you get closer to the outside take out console display to place your order.

Staff are pleasant.“

“Ils ont un énorme choix de cafés! J'en ai essayé une dizaine et ils sont tous délicieux. Ils sont préparé en petites batch pour que ça reste frais et ça paraît. Ils font le meilleur café glacé (celui à partir de crème glacée molle liquide, miam!). Et que dire de leur gentillesse, service à la clientèle hors pair, efficacité et rapidité ! 11/10“

“Atmosphere is beautiful, staff is friendly but… super disorganized. I ordered hot chocolates and cappuccinos to go but it took 30 minutes to make. Our drinks weren’t hot, not even warm… I also ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich with waffle fries that came out in no time but I still had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks. So as you would expect my food was cold since it was to go. There is potential here, staff need to synchronize and communicate. Sure I could have gone back in and asked to redo my order but I didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes to get the same outcome.“
