My daughter usually gets one of their éclaté creations. It's our favorite place! Generous portions and this particular location has the most beautiful garden to enjoy your ice cream.“

“Aside from the fact that it is located on President-Kennedy Boulevard (not the most pleasant for the terrace), it is a nice, clean business with good service. Great selection of products too!

Parking: Its access is facilitated by the fact that it is located at an intersection where there are traffic lights (this makes things easier if you arrive from President-Kennedy heading south, with all the traffic). The parking lot is large despite being shared with other businesses.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking spaces are located directly at the entrance although the latter does not, in my opinion, have any particular obstacles for the wheels to overcome.“

I came with my family from Ontario and our French is not that good. The lady was very nice, patient and polite with us. Many of the negative reviews talk about a older gentlemen that wasn't there when we were.

The ice-cream taste very good with many unique good tasting dips which fits the name dipery.

The dark chocolate shell was just the icong on the cake. The servings are HUGE, though. I got the kiddie size and it was still more than I could eat. “BEST CHOCOLATE DIPPED SOFT SERVE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! They have a range of sizes and chocolates to choose from. Sizes vary from ‘Baby’ to ‘Large’, ‘Petite’ being the middle/average size. Dulce De leche as well as the Biscuits and cream were the favourites, the chocolate hardens quite thick and has a very rich delicious flavour.

I have witnessed on several occasions customers being very unpleasant with them...e.g. change of mind after the order is placed...and asks that it be free of charge...no, but honestly! I have also witnessed very dissatisfied customers being told "sorry..we are closed" when the customer shows up at closing time. These young people are spoken to with such a lack of respect from customers. At their age I wouldn't have been able to stay calm the same way. Who do the customers think they are???? You, the customer who shows up when it's closed, just had to manage your time better to arrive on time! And you who change your mind and criticize the order YOU placed....well accept your choice or pay for your change of mind...I don't know any restaurant or creamery that gives free things!
