“Beyond beyond. Never had anything like their dipped ice cream. The soft serve tastes like actual ice cream, so creamy and not super sweet like in the US. The dark chocolate shell was just the icong on the cake. The servings are HUGE, though. I got the kiddie size and it was still more than I could eat. I would recommend starting with bebe size if you're unsure.“
“I try to go to Quebec City every year or two and always stay at Le Monastère des Augustines. The building has been tastefully restored to blend the old with the new. The morning guided meditative walks and afternoon restorative yoga classes are always highlights of my trip in addition to the amazing breakfasts. This is a unique and beautiful place to stay in an amazing city!“

“This was a relaxed place with good vibes and friendly service. They were fine with us not speaking French, and the food was tasty. I had the chimichurri poutine, which was tasty but very salty, and my husband had the mac and cheese and said it was delicious. Drinks were reasonably priced, and we both had dessert which was very nice. Would recommend this place, especially if you want to feel comfortable and chilled.“

“Great discovery, wide choice of flavors. It's original and very good! I recommend the place. The puffs are a little greasy but at the same time they're fried so that's normal. Their ice cream is also very good. I would definitely come back. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Excellent biscoff flavor. A much appreciated little sweet treat.“

“My wife had confit salad and was excellent. I asked for pork chop with mash potatoes instead of sweet potatoes (came with sweet), then apologized and took back to fix, I cut a piece of the chop before 5 min later they scraped off sweet potatoes put same chop back on and brought back a not so hot pork chop. A fail in my books.“

“J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner deux jours au magnifique Hôtel Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, et ma soirée du samedi 2 Mars au Restaurant Chaplain restera gravée dans ma mémoire. Je tiens à exprimer ma gratitude envers M. Eric, le Manager, pour son accueil exceptionnellement chaleureux et professionnel. Un grand merci également à Caroline, notre serveuse attentive, qui a veillé sur nous tout au long de la soirée et nous a guidés dans notre choix du Menu Signature. L'expérience culinaire était tout simplement divine, sublimée par une ambiance des plus agréables. Pour couronner le tout, notre soirée s'est achevée par des digestifs au Bar 1608, ajoutant une note parfaite à notre expérience mémorable. Je recommande vivement l'Hôtel Fairmont Le Château Frontenac et le Restaurant Chaplain à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle dans un cadre enchanteur.
