I love this restaurant chain but the food is not always of good quality. Sometimes it's delicious, other times it's much less good. The menu is very good wt the atmosphere too.
I've been a big fan of Baton Rouge for a long time, but my recent experience has been disappointing.I ordered the filet mignon medium rare and got a steak rare almost blue. At $46 for the filet mignon plate, I expected it to be cooked to perfection.Each of our 4 plates was lukewarm. The quality of the proteins was there, but we lose a large part of the appreciation when the temperature is not right. Luckily I know the banner because it was really average tonight. The very ordinary service, does not come to see us to find out if we like the meal. I had mentioned that I kept the card for wine but she never came to see us. We wanted to have desserts but we forgot the plan. The TVs were on a community station ? Brief ordinary experience in Ste-Foy, we will however return to see the great team near the Galeries de la Capitale.
