J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner deux jours au magnifique Hôtel Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, et ma soirée du samedi 2 Mars au Restaurant Chaplain restera gravée dans ma mémoire. Je tiens à exprimer ma gratitude envers M. Eric, le Manager, pour son accueil exceptionnellement chaleureux et professionnel. Superb in every way. Perfectly executed dishes. Attentive friendly service. Lovely ambience. Impressive view of the St Lawrence River and city lights. Exactly what you expect from a 5 star restaurant.
