“Our best meal in Ville de Quebec. The room is amazing and the service impeccable. Everything on the menu is focused on products from Quebec, from the food to the wine and drinks. Some things come from the restaurant’s own garden. The wapiti (elk) main course was especially memorable. But arrive 15 minutes early to go through security and find your way to the middle of the building where the restaurant is.“
