Same quality as you would get in a high-end sushi restaurant but at a much more reasonable price. Note: the chefs' working area is not in front of the customers as it's often the case in sushi restaurants.
What a gem! I've had sushi all over and this was amazing! The service, brought our family in and the kids had a blast, the quality of the food, presentation like no where else, well done Fusion Sushi! And thank you very much!
Food was ok, service was slow about 25mins for a roll, but environment was nice and lively

Fusion Sushi is a restaurant where the menu offers sushi, burgers, poutine, spaghetti, wraps, and sandwiches. The sushi is insane in a good way, with pretty presentation. The tapioca with fruit is really good. The food is excellent for the price point, with outstanding sushi platters, great choice of sandwiches, and excellent fries. The spaghetti sauce feels properly seasoned and cared for. A chocolate lava cake was brought for a child, who said it was much better than any chocolate cake he had ever had in France. The interior design is aesthetic, with fresh-cut wood smells and clean, soothing colors. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. The staff is friendly and tries really hard to help. The whole team moves into fix mode when something goes wrong, cleaning messes and preparing fresh plates without a sigh. However, do not order the bubble tea, as it is based on preprepared juice, a cup half full of ice, and very few bobas. The service is more than A1, with employees concerned with offering quality products. It is an address to discover, and people will return there regularly.
