“Some places just feel right the moment you walk in... and Café Chasca is one of them! I went today (Friday, February 20th) for lunch with a friend, and it instantly became one of those spots you want to keep in your back pocket. Cozy, warm, inviting: the kind of café that’s perfect for catching up over good conversation or even settling in with your laptop to get some work done. It has that comforting, neighborhood energy that makes you want to stay a little longer. The menu? Absolutely fantastic! Whether you’re craving caffeine, comforting food, or something sweet and beautiful to treat yourself, they’ve nailed it. I had the turkey sandwich, and it was PERFECT! Fresh, flavorful, satisfying without being heavy: exactly what a lunch sandwich should be. And the “Bisous” coffee? Pure happiness in a cup: smooth, indulgent, and made with care. But what truly made the experience shine was the service... We were served by the incredibly sweet and attentive Sandra, who made us feel welcome from start to finish. Genuine, warm service like that makes all the difference: and she absolutely delivered. Café Chasca isn’t just a café... it’s a vibe. It’s comfort. It’s quality. It’s the kind of place you go once and immediately know you’ll be back! More than 5/5. Without hesitation. Savannah“

“I got an iced matcha and breakfast sandwich. Breakfast sandwich was great for 10$. They didn’t cheap out in on the bacon and eggs and it wasn’t dry at all. Bread was made in house too which was nice. Now for the matcha, it wasn’t impressive it definitely wasn’t quality, it was grey almost. Though It’s difficult for shops to nail. You can most definitely find better or even good matcha for the same price point (~5$). Atmosphere was cute too (& they offer a student discount).“

“Great experience at Columbus Café inside Carrefour Laval Mall. The coffee was tasty, and the staff provided nice, friendly service. The environment is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to take a break while shopping.
What really stood out was the generous cup size for a reasonable price — especially surprising these days when many cafes offer smaller portions for the same cost. Definitely worth stopping by for a good coffee and a relaxing moment.“

“I am absolutely loving the new renovations here. While the new layout makes the inside seating feel a bit limited, they completely made up for it with a fantastic outside space. The outdoor seating is beautifully arranged, spacious, and perfect for relaxing on a nice day. The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient despite the steady flow of customers. This refreshed look is exactly what the neighborhood needed, and the patio is easily my new favorite spot.“
