We like the food, we take out from there once or twice a week for years.Burger, fries and so are nice and fresh, and we come from far away... BUT it is always something missing from the bags. It happened so often with the apple pie that I don't order them no more. Often to they skip the sauce for the sweet popataoes fries. Today it was a teen burger missing... One on 3 burgers! Sure one of us was mad. And no way to call them.
The food is always hot and fresh but I don’t understand why their service is always ridiculously slow. Every time I go I have to move forward and wait for my food. Even when there is no line up. Two days ago I went, paid for 3 chicken strips at the window, and 7 min later received them, watching the clerk prep 3 other empty bags before putting my chicken strips into a bag and giving them to me (they were on the counter already). A&W has the best fast food burgers in my opinion, and this location works very hard to serve their clientele. The team chief was very encouraging to her newer staff and they really did a great job. I used a digital coupon which are always available and easy to use. Best burger and fries and great value.
