“I order from this pizzeria often and do it online. Everything is still fine. Last night for some unknown reason the site confirmed to me that my order was received and sent me a confirmation code. But after an hour I still hadn't received anything. I called the restaurant and was amply well served by the manager. In the middle of Friday evening at 6 p.m., she took the time to look and when she couldn't find anything, she simply took my order so that I could be served as quickly as possible. Excellent customer service, she did this in order not to make me wait any longer and to repair the error on the site. She even called me back in the evening to make sure everything was correct. The staff was very accomodating as we did not speak French. Our waitress was very patient and even helped me learn a few french words.
