Worst customer service!
In fact, my dissatisfaction is mainly with the billing.
I hate being forced to pay this amount of tip. A tip is given based on satisfaction with the service received and not because we absolutely have to pay a certain amount. Tips are given in person to the delivery person for the quality of his service. Maybe it's more, maybe less, I don't know. But it's rude to impose an amount.
I ordered two 6 inch subs. My order came to 41.00. Really expensive!!!

I never had problems with Subway normally, but this one is by far the worst Subway I have eaten.. I ordered a 12 inch and the amount of meat and sauce was neglected.. I asked for a lot of sauce, he does two lines and stops, I tell him "you're going to have to add more sauce" he puts in one more line and rushes to wrap the sandwich, only to whisper an unpleasant comment to his colleague. When I paid I left no tip due to the poor service I received, only to be given a dirty look.
