“The best club sandwich I’ve ever had! The chicken is tender, flavorful, and seasoned in a truly unique way. The owner explained that the spices come from Syria, which gives the sandwich a distinctive taste.

“One bite of the Jalapeño Dog and you'll be sold: per the other reviews, these are legit the best hot dogs you will ever have and worth every penny. I also had their Possessed Dog, which is now my favorite way to eat poutine! Portions are perfect and the quality matches that; James is incredibly kind and equally passionate about his work. I was also lucky to try their limited Bigfoot Indian Taco and it was fantastic. If you're a Horror/Halloween lover, the atmosphere will extra feel like home for you. #haunteddogscustomer4life“

“On October 10, 2024, I had a very special gastronomic experience in a restaurant at Carrefour Laval. At dinner time, at New York Fries at Carrefour Laval, I was treated to a large poutine named in my honor: the “Seb” poutine. In this poutine, there are (if I remember correctly): fries, cheese curds, pieces of pickles and merguez, cheese sauce and brown sauce for poutine, pieces of bacon and the all served with a fountain drink. It was a real treat!“

“Atmosphere could use much improvement. The Laval location is from the 80’s and looks like it hasn’t seen an update since its opening. It has washed out seats, stained ceiling tiles and very poor dark lighting. It was nice to eat outside. The food is amazing and the reason I’ve been going for over 50 years. With the expensive cost of eating out you need to offer a trio or loyalty card. I remember when Dic was alive he wouldn’t charge me for my fountain soda drinks. I miss Dic and those days. We need a West Island location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“Just ate lunch with my son and there was a gentleman by the name of Eric who was cleaning up and wow, he is a hard worker! Very nice and helpful.
Kept bringing us napkins and making sure we were okay and happy.
Someone needs to give that man a raise!

“I stop here a lot and love the food. Sure, there are a lot of Belle Province Restaurants in Quebec, but will they make you a smoked meat poutine for breakfast? Probably not. These guys are the best group of people ever. Try the Sous Marin Speciale. Smoked meat poutine. Or ever steamed hot dogs my toppings of choice are mustard and onion with cayenne pepper. Washed down with a glass bottle of coke. The glass bottle just makes it that much better.“

“Food. Typical quality you expect at a Lafleur. Well cooked and prepared and good taste.
Service. Bilingual and friendly.
Atmosphere. Ok. It’s fast food without personality.
Loved Lafleur’s for years and have been coming hear for almost as many. The newer update of the building is a bit colder and lacks the nostalgic personality of the old place and is much roomier and streamlined, but personality and warmth are now gone.
The michigans are as usual delicious and sauce yummy. The dog is the dog and always good.
The fry was tasty and the portion very generous, interesting far superior to a New York Fry product, around the same price, tastier; and more than TWICE the portion. NYF needs to learn a thing or two from this chain.
No complaints. The reason why the food is not a 5 is that it’s not exception. It’s a very very good place for this fast food, but there are other places that serve this type of food at a higher level so I hold back.

It’s a bit higher than the average La Belle Province restaurant. Plenty of parking available. Overall experience my daughter enjoyed all the vintage car collection. It’s a family base restaurant.“

I want to thank the young man who served me my food, he made my day with his kind comments about my jacket.
The cashiers are always very pleasant and bilingual. I raised my rating from 4 to 5.
