I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a large poutine, but they charged me for a small one instead. When I pointed out the mistake, rather than fixing it, the staff told me they couldn’t change it. The way they handled the situation was rude and unprofessional, and they showed no interest in resolving a simple issue.
