Pho Moderne Reviews
I had the grilled chicken vermicelli. The portions are generous and the chicken was nicely seasoned and juicy.
I love pho and have tried many on different places around Canada but here?.. yesterday we dined here with family from Winnipeg and OMG!! I was surprised they chose the tip instead of asking customers first! How greedy! So heads-up!

Pho Moderne is a Vietnamese restaurant known for its delicious and fragrant pho soup, featuring fresh ingredients and generous portions. The broth is made from quality bones, with a rich, gel-like texture, and the bowls are packed with meat. The service is hospitable, friendly, and fast, making it a welcoming place for families, including children, or for dining alone. The atmosphere is clean and modern yet nostalgic, reminiscent of the 70s. While the ambiance may not be exciting, the food—full of flavor and freshness—makes up for it. The Tonkinese soup remains a popular dish, and the prices are reasonable, offering good value. Some find the flavors slightly sweet, but the portions are consistently generous. Tea was previously offered for free, and a reviewer suggests bringing it back.
