“Great service by Jimmy for a party of 7. Quick refills with the water and coffee. Service was quick (offered to send in our tables order before the bigger groups). Good was excellent (steak cooked to perfection). Lamb was impressive!!! Lettuce could have been a little more generous. Calamari were great (more sauce please).
Washrooms need a little makeover / attention. They are downstairs, so not easy access for elderly or physically disabled.“

We had the raw halibut which was similar to a ceviche, the muscles with the salsa which were my favourite, pork and beef skewers, as well as three different salads, the green mint bean salad, the salad with mixed greens, as well as the zucchini salad. We also had the grilled arctic char and the lobster risotto. The risotto portion, I expected to be larger esp as a main, but with all the food we had, we were full.“

“This place is EXACTLY what we hope look for when we’re on vacation: A casual, non-pretentious place with food that is absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the charcuterie Panino and my wife had a Porchetta panino. Both were literally the best paninis we’ve had in North America and much of Italy. They both featured a special “relish” (for lack of a better word) that was a mix of lettuce, peppers pearl onions and exquisite seasoning. I wish I could have that on every sandwich I eat - forever! The mixtures is both exceptionally tasty and a bit spicy. When I took my first bite it was like a party in my mouth! I knew almost immediately that it was one of the best sandwiches that I’d ever had. Then my wife gave me a bite of her porchetta panino and THAT was even better. The seasoning on that pork just exploded my taste buds… and I’m not even a big fan of pork. One of the keys to the greatness of these sandwiches is the amazing bread. It has a perfect combination of a delicious, delicate center with a perfect, gourmet-crunchy crust. Not too hard or thick, but just right for marrying with the perfection of the ingredients.
Not to be outdone were the staff! They were all every bit as wonderful as the food, and so welcoming and helpful. My wife and I truly can’t recommend the Parma Café enough. They served us a meal that we kept reflecting on with great fondness the rest of our trip. In fact, there is a very famous deli in Montreal called Schwartz’s which is known around the world for its amazing sandwiches. We ate there the day before and it was, indeed, good , but if I had to choose between the two, I’d eat at Parma Café hands down every time. Enjoy.“

“Came across this “pizza” restaurant because it sits across the drive from Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal. What a pleasant surprise. We didn’t order pizza (must come back for that) but from their absolutely delicious, as it turns out, menu. Our dishes were premium and comfort rolled into one. If this place is a secret, it won’t last long.“

Mon appréciation: crevette sucrée et piquante adouci par le sorbet rafraîchissant et gouteux, un délice. Un vin blanc "Sancerre" avec Tostadas à la pieuvre grillée (3) Pico de gallo, crème d’avocats, oignons marinés à l’hibiscus, piment chili, laitue et tomates. Mon appréciation: la pieuvre d'une belle tendretée, le tout excellent avec l'ajout de jus de lime. Sans la lime, on goûte bien l'oignon qui est sucré. Panna cotta au chocolat et au rhum Mousse de litchi: on goûte le amer du chocolat, le sucrée de la mousse de litchie équilibre l'assiette pour la gardée fraîche en bouche. Les boules croustillantes ajoute de la texture au plat. Excusez ma fin de rhume pour ne pas avoir goûté au rhum. Ambiance musical style lounge avec une touche qui donne envie de danser aux gens comme moi qui ont le beat dans le sang. Et que dire du service, ils m'ont mise à l'aise toute suite, moi qui va au restaurant seule, je me sentais comme une reine. J'ai pu goûter à different vin pour choisir celui qui me plaît. C'est agréable d'être certain de boire ce qu'on apprécie. Parfois, la barmaid savait plus que moi si j'appréciais le vin. Merci de m'avoir permis d'en goûter un autre.“

“We had reception for a Hindu and Italian wedding on 24 Aug-25 Fantastic food, very clean in bathrooms, clean carpet plus color is beautiful the only disappointment was as it got very cold after eating buffet style in room with tables where the wedding party was.it felt like a refrigerator we were not to happy plus bathroom were in basement kinda far....it had no wheel chair access for people in wheel chair for bathroom a big disappointment

“A neighbourhood corner where the knowledgeable seem to be regulars, Osteria Gallo present its food with warm greetings, pride, decadence and layers of tasteful nuances in often deceptive simplicity thx to the high talents of its chef and the superbly high quality of handmade and hand picked ingredients.

From pasta full of flavors to layered delicious cheese on pizza, my friend and I had a memorable night there and have been craving to go back ever since.
