“This is the only café in Quebec City that satisfies all my criteria:

- Good espresso (allongé)
- Comfortable seating in spacious environment (virtually no students hoarding the place)
- Amicable service workers (baristas, etc.)

I love the U-shaped corner seat in particular. Because this shop is in industrial area, there is not usually a lot of people at the same time, which allows me thoroughly enjoy this quiet café from time to time, whenever I need break from the monotony of my own (still brilliant) home-office. A change in environment can shift one's thoughts & ideas.

“Lors de ma visite chez Tim Hortons à Saint-Romuald, le service à la clientèle est excellent. De plus, les employés que j'ai côtoyés à la caisse sont fatigués, puisqu'ils sont très occupés. Cependant, j'apprécie énormément comment qu'ils préparent ma nourriture à la bonne façon. Il est rare que les restaurants rapides prennent du temps d'optimiser la nourriture de leur clientèle . Donc, leurs efforts doivent être récompensés, car ils se comportent bien! Bravo! ?“

“Stopped in here last Saturday morning on a road trip through Quebec and was honestly impressed by how smooth everything went for a busy holiday weekend. The line moved fast and the staff were friendly even during the rush, which made a nice change from the chaos I expected. I got a classic double double and one of their fresh bagels, and both hit the spot perfectly for the drive ahead. Definitely a solid stop if you are passing through Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures and need a quick, reliable coffee fix.“
