McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant with inconsistent ordering accuracy. The reviews highlight mistakes with orders, including missing items, such as a chicken nugget or a bun in a Big Mac. Customers often experience long waiting times, up to 15 minutes, to receive their orders. The restaurant's reputation for serving incorrect orders persists, with little improvement over time.
