“Terrible customer service on this visit. I had a couple in front of me and after 10 minutes only one was served. The one cashier was only serving the drive window. After the third car being served before the lady in front of me even got served I left. Imagine the guy she was with had his food and she was still waiting.

Normally the food good, and atmosphere is fine, but this time can’t rate as the service was awful… wasted 20 minutes to get no food 🙄…

Hopefully they can fix this“

“The restaurant is clean and you can tell the employees and the management care about giving good service. Had a minor issue with my order and the manager offered a free meal. Also, the breakfast there are way better then McDonald's or Tim's. So is the coffee.“

“Pleasant surprise with my Fish burger: perfect breaded fish, well cooked, good bread, excellent quality, cheaper than MC Do (more than $2) Better than Mc Do!!! It's really very good. Pleasant setting What a shame to have a room that is not clean, not really dirty and disgusting but really not clean. (disgusting children's chairs + walls see photos) table not cleaned. Really a shame!!!! (impeccable toilets)“
