Celui-ci nous a partagé beaucoup d’informations pertinentes sur les différentes machines et les points important à connaître tant pour les machines que les qualités de grains de café. La boutique offre un choix incroyable de marques et ses cafés sont de grande qualité. “Atmosphere is beautiful, staff is friendly but… super disorganized. I ordered hot chocolates and cappuccinos to go but it took 30 minutes to make. Our drinks weren’t hot, not even warm… I also ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich with waffle fries that came out in no time but I still had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks. So as you would expect my food was cold since it was to go. There is potential here, staff need to synchronize and communicate. Sure I could have gone back in and asked to redo my order but I didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes to get the same outcome.“

“It was my first afternoon tea experience and the vibe was Moroccan influenced. And so was the food. Which for the most part I found lacking in quantity and in flavour The atmosphere was pleasant but after initial tea explanation we had to just grab someone if we needed anything as they passed by. They did not have clotted cream and actually only one open faced sandwich to be seen on our individual tiered plates. The bread was a bit dry on my one sandwich also and the scones were not served warm. As it did not resemble any English tea I have seen before my experience was a bit disappointing :::: for me I’m sure there are those tea goes that would love this type of experience but I will continue looking for a real British type tea service as there are many in Quebec“
