“Great spot! We came here on a Thursday night. It was pleasantly busy.
The menu is written on a chalkboard. We decided to share the plates.
Everything was delicious and original.
We ordered six oysters. I could have had twelve to myself. Both the oysters and the toppings were amazing.
We enjoyed the vegetarian eggplant dish and the crevettes de Matane as appetizers.
For the mains we had the mushroom raviolis (vegetarian) and the scallops. Out of this world.
They make their own bread and they serve it an amazing salted butter.
They even have each of us a loaf of bread to take home.
The spicy margarita was the best we have ever tasted. We taste them everywhere we go. The photo is of the Aperol Spritz which was very good.
For dessert we had their version of doughnuts with a delicious dipping sauce. Highly recommended.
The Waitress was exceptional. Unfortunately I did not catch her name.
Good value for the price.
Easy street parking.

“The food was Excellent! Much better than expected. The place was a bit loud and there were a lot of kids but that can be attributed to the time of year. The prices were also very good, low for the quality of the food. Lots of space between the tables also meant you had privacy for conversations, if you could be heard above the children. On a different night it would have been quite romantic. The only downside was the service which was indifferent. Drink refills were non-existent and if you wanted something you had to get up from your table and go find a staffer. I believe we went a full 20 minutes without seeing any staff in the dining room. The diners were all looking around, confused. I believe that this night the staff were focused on a large group in a separate room but that doesn't change the fact that we all are paying customers and expect the same service. With even a modicum of service this would have been a five star review. The food was just that good.“

“J'ai passé de merveilleux moments au Huis Clos !
L'équipe est vraiment sympathique et à l'écoute. Le service est rapide et les cocktails sont délicieux et super beaux. Ils ont même des options sans alcool pour satisfaire tout le monde.

La cuisine y est délicieuse et magnifiquement présentée par leurs staff de cuisine qui prennent le temps de soigner nos assiettes. Des options végétariennes sont même disponibles.
J'ai eu un coup de cœur pour leur poêlée de champignons et leurs desserts savoureux.

Je recommande vivement que ce soit pour un groupe ou une personne seule, impossible de s'ennuyer, l'ambiance et le décor sauront vous charmer.
L'essayer c'est l'adopter !

“It was one of the best restaurants I ever went to. The place is very clean and well maintained. They have a big variety of food options. They serve everything on time, have big portions for a really cheap price, and are incomparable to other restaurants. The staff there are super very cheerful. I would really recommend this place 👌.“

Poutine sauce is perfect. Other items on the menu are good as well. Service is fast. The kitchen or cooking area is clean.“
