“We had an excellent dinner yesterday, September 30, 2025. A customer dropped their food accidentally on the floor while eating. The cashier came and assisted the customer without hesitation. He also gave the customer a new food item. This service was exceptional.

Special mention to Ferhat, Toufik and to the rest of the team who were on duty. Keep it up! 👏”

“Tried to do a review from your email, does not work ? We had lunch Sunday (03-08-25). We where very pleased with our lunch : 5 butterfly+ 10 garlic shrimp with rice, ceasar for me and vegetables for my wife. The shrimps where great, the rice above average so was the rest. And the young server was fun and dynamic.”

Café Pierre Jean Jase Si vous êtes de passage à Sherbrooke (ou même si vous y habitez), le Café Pierre-Jean Jase est un arrêt obligatoire. On n’y va pas seulement pour manger : on y va pour se sentir chez nous. Dès qu’on entre, l’ambiance te prend par la main. Chaleureuse, humaine, vraie. On sent que chaque détail est pensé avec cœur. En famille, on s’y sent accueillis comme des habitués, même lors d’une première visite. La bouffe? Exceptionnelle. Généreuse, savoureuse, réconfortante — le genre de plats qui te donnent envie de ralentir et de savourer chaque bouchée. Le staff? 9.9/10. Attentionné, souriant, authentique. Pas robotique. Juste du monde qui aime ce qu’il fait et ça se ressent. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine ouverte sur le restaurant : pouvoir jaser avec les cuisiniers pendant qu’on attend notre plat, c’est franchement unique et tellement cool. On devient un peu complice de l’expérience, et ça crée un lien rare. Pourquoi pas 10/10? Juste parce que la proprio a renversé une goutte d’eau sur la table… et honnêtement, ça a juste rendu le moment encore plus humain 😄 👉 Bref : ambiance, bouffe, accueil, expérience — tout est là. We were so surprised by the quality of the montages (Hamburger) perfect as on the poster with attention to detail.

The cashiers were really nice and the experience was pleasant... after all he lets you recognize the good things at MCdo because 99% of the time the services and quality are not there but we will always go back even despite this.

“Ironically, Tim Horton's has better donuts than a certain corporation named after donuts (Dunkin Donuts). Also in the winter the chocolate hazelnut muffins are to die for. Communication is sometimes an issue (very Francophone area), but pointing and loudly trying to explain what we want in English usually results in what we ask for. My dad buys big jars of coffee to bring back to the States.”

“We don`t have Harvey`s in England. For fast food burgers, these are good burgers. Better than McDonalds, better than Burger King, and that goes for the fries too. You can choose a variety of condiments and salad items to go in your burger, from options laid out in trays, like at Subway. I have never seen this in a burger joint before. The olives were a bit weird in a burger, but I enjoyed them (I used the bathroom while my wife ordered, and I asked her to request `everything` in my burger). While we were eating we heard the sweet young Mexican couple behind us, with their two adorable young girls, express their gratitude to `Canada`. I guessed they were immigrants. Or they were just really grateful to eat at this Harvey`s, for which I wouldn`t blame them.”

They are promotion and Italian cuisine, but if you've ever been to Italy, you would know it's far from the real thing. We all ordered pizzas, and while they were okay, I'd never would ordered them again. The restaurant is quite noisy, luckily the staff was willing to offer us a table in a more quieter part.”
