Enjoyed the ambiance and style of the restaurant. Better than many of the commercialized chains. Staff was extremely friendly.
Burger was cooked perfectly. The one I ate was rather large. So, I expect to make a bit of a mess. The bun wasn't soggy and all the ingredients worked well for how big it was. Fries are good. Not the best, but definitely my style. The red pickle was a nice touch. I meant to ask how it was pickled, it had a sugary sweetness to it.
Would love to go back and try some of other burgers.“

“We came here for a pre-Valentine’s Day dinner and had an excellent meal. We sat in one of the two people booths which were very comfortable. We had the French onion soup and the calamari for starters. Both were delicious. For entrees we had the tagliatelle with mushrooms and the cheeseburger with bacon. Once again, very tasty. The service was great too. This has to be my favourite restaurant in Dix30!“

“I was on my way home and wanting a quick bite. I found some coupons in my glove compartment for Burger King so I decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting much as the look inside and out was in bad need of an update. There was hardly anyone inside which was a bad sign. However, it was remarkably clean for a fast-food joint. My coupon was taken no discussion. The service was fast, the food was fresh, the flavor decent, and the value for what I paid surprisingly. (I should mention that I recently went to another popular fast-food joint that had an updated look but everything else was much worse!) The previous evening I went to a fancy restaurant in old Montréal for 4 times the cost that was overall a worse experience. Props to the Victoria day crew and the next time I'm in the mood for a quick bite I will keep this BK on the top of my list.“

The sweet potatoe fries were amazing and my Momma burger was great. My husband loved his burgers and fries.
My only request-- I would like ice for my root beer. Otherwise perfect!“

“Wow. Went for lunch here with my Boss. I always order a steamed hotdog from all the places I visit to see how the basics are. I can say that yes their hotdog is well worth the 2 dollars they sell for. The poutine I ordered was the du Chef. It was delicious. I can't wait for my next visit to try the other poutines. I recommend if you are near by or within 20 minutes away from here, it is well worth the trip. Be aware of their business hours though.“

“Great burgers.. fries are so.. used to be better when they were fresh. While burgers are good and condiment choice is really good, the prep areas for your burger is usually quite messy with condiments you don't want getting mixed in with stuff you want (think onions in the salad and relish). “I highly recommend. The "Uncle" hamburger has nothing to do with other fast food. This one was literally delicious. The lettuce was crunchy. Bacon, not overcooked. Tomatoes, fresh. Really, it's been a long time since I've had such a good hamburger. It was A1, perfect 👌 The ingredients were truly fresh. It's not all A&W though. This one, oh yes. But at Mail Champlain I got one (Uncle) and the bacon was overcooked. Less fresh vegetables. Not at all similar to that of Carignan. I chose the sweet potato fries with spicy mayo. It was a real treat! Do you want an excellent hamburger?? A&W in Carignan.“

“I use to go there 25y ago now back from Alberta found it still was there the road change around the restaurant but still the same, awesome fries and hot dog prices are reasonable I stop when ever im around and the poutine are very good 👍“

I would like to emphasize how impeccable the customer service was. The cashier, Jessica, who served me (according to the name noted on my bill), took the time to respond to my requests. She served my wife and I with a smile, despite the rain.

Sometimes, many people tend to say that young people don't want to work and don't provide good customer service. Based on what I experienced at this restaurant, the service was remarkable.

“To be very honest, there have been times in the past when the service at this A&W was absolutely terrible. I am very pleased to say that this has changed entirely. I've noticed within the last 6 months or so, that the team is way better than any previous team I've experienced. “We went to dinner at the A&W in St-Basile-le-Grand and I wanted to congratulate the two employees (only two) who took care of customers in the restaurant and at the drive-thru alone, running non-stop and without respite ! They were great. I would hire them anytime!!! However, I find that this load is too high for two people. There should be 3 or 4 of them for the work to be done but well done!“
