Jm'explique j'ai commandé en ligne quand j'étais ds le stationnement du Harvey's à chambly sauf que ça commandé à la succursale de St-Jean quand j'ai demandé à la demoiselle au service au volant à Chambly si elle pouvait m'aider avec cette erreur là, j'ai eu comme réponse (( CE N'EST PAS NÔTRE PROBLÈME ARRANGER VOUS AVEC EUX!!! )) est-ce de cette façon dont je m'attendais de me faire répondre surement pas, je m'attendais à un peu plus de professionnalisme de leurs part, oui c'est mon erreur de ne pas avoir remarqué que ce n'était pas la bonne adresse sauf que Chambly n'existe pas en ligne pour les commande après vérification faite par la suite. Merci encore Olivier, Harvey's de Chambly vienne de perdre 3 clients ns allons faire le détour chez vous maintenant car ce n'est pas la première fois que ns avons des problèmes avec cette succursale soit avec nos commandes ou de la façon dont ils s'adressent aux clients.“

I had my friend choose this for me. It was the one with goat cheese and honey mustard. It was delicious. I think the burger could be plain and it would speak for itself.

I feel there's still so much to experience here, atmosphere kept my looking and noticing all the different details.

“NOT ENOUGH SAUCE IN YOUR POUTINE! (you barely go a quarter way down the fries and its already dry. Very hard to eat especially when it cools a little. The sauce relies on salt too much for taste, I wish they would add beef bone broth or something umami and with extra complexity) Beside that, I like this place. A&W has been kind of revelation to my family this past year. In a time when McDonald's has the most boring menu in it's existence they are exactly what I needed. Real ingredients and the quality of the meat (especially the chicken) is much better than anything the Clown has been able to serve in the past 2 years. AND the frozen glass that is so cold it freezes the soda solid is AMAZING.“

“I highly recommend. The "Uncle" hamburger has nothing to do with other fast food. This one was literally delicious. The lettuce was crunchy. Bacon, not overcooked. Tomatoes, fresh. Really, it's been a long time since I've had such a good hamburger. It was A1, perfect 👌 The ingredients were truly fresh. It's not all A&W though. This one, oh yes. But at Mail Champlain I got one (Uncle) and the bacon was overcooked. Less fresh vegetables. Not at all similar to that of Carignan. I chose the sweet potato fries with spicy mayo. It was a real treat! Do you want an excellent hamburger?? A&W in Carignan.“

“To be very honest, there have been times in the past when the service at this A&W was absolutely terrible. I am very pleased to say that this has changed entirely. I've noticed within the last 6 months or so, that the team is way better than any previous team I've experienced. They are very attentive to details of my order and I've had no mistakes during this period I speak of. Very professional as well. Great job to this current team for turning it all around. I'll be going more often to support this much improved local business, happily. I hope that the owner shows a little love to the building to support the progress.“

“We went to dinner at the A&W in St-Basile-le-Grand and I wanted to congratulate the two employees (only two) who took care of customers in the restaurant and at the drive-thru alone, running non-stop and without respite ! They were great. I would hire them anytime!!! However, I find that this load is too high for two people. There should be 3 or 4 of them for the work to be done but well done!“

Very happy to have stopped there with a new friend to chat, eat and have a drink in the afternoon.
This allowed us to have excellent service.
Thank you to the two waitresses who took turns serving us.
The prices are very affordable and the meals are a perfect portion.
I recommend it if you've never been for a little Burger/poutine dinner ?
