However, I've heard many complaints about the service. While they're not always perfect, keep in mind that there's often a lot of customers who just woke up and waiting for coffee coming here, and a lot of younger workers too. So it's important to cut them a bit of slack.“

“I have been visiting this establishment for my coffee for a few years. Each time, I remain satisfied that it is the variety of coffee (I tried the "Colombian" among others which was good, dry but with a nice range of tastes.)

“Wow this little gem was hidden from view. We found it by chance due to construction on Hwy 30 we took an earlier exit and wanted to stop for coffee and a bite. Let me tell you the roast beef sandwich on a croissant was the best I ever had. Had a cappuccino and strawberry shortcake afterwards. So much for a small bite but it was delicious. Everything is homemade and you can tell. Try it looks can be deceiving. Merci Normandie!“
