I ate ordering a smoked meat meal the chef didn't even have the ability to cut the meat lengthwise perhaps near the end of the day I was probably served the leftovers deplorable the person who served me she even noticed that it was cut from the sanse mover.

The poutines were really very good thanks to quality meat. The large poutine is really big, for 2 big eaters or 3 little ones. Big crush on the pulled pork poutine. You can enjoy a small outdoor terrace if the weather permits.

Portions alarmingly small over the last couple visits - unimpressed both our visitors & ourselves this past summer to St Sau! Hopefully it was one -off & gets back to quality and valueWe use to loved Lou'

We went to eat there because I had seen it on the show Sur le Pouce by Stéphane Fallu. It looked really good. What a disappointment it was. Flat and stupid welcome by a cook, forced to eat on the 2nd floor where it was hot, stupid waitress, no smile, not at all friendly. We asked for water; we were served water that was barely cool, the smoked meat was sliced thick and it looked like the wrong way round because it was not tender at all. Home fries, but lukewarm, room of tasteless cabbage and chopped very, too coarsely. First and last time for us. Do not recommend!

The food is very good, nothing to say but I think the owner doesn't take good care of his restaurant. Things are often missing like last time no more chicken on a Thursday and another time no more white wine. only one waitress so you don't have to be in a hurry to eat.
