Poutine Food Truck. Best chips, real potatoes peeled each day. Clean restroom and additional indoor seating if needed for bugs or rain.
This food truck has been around for a long time and it's a testament to how good it is. The food is tasty and the woman who takes your order is friendly. It's busy but the wait for your food is reasonable. You are sitting along a highway but the mountainous view is exceptional. Well worth a visit. The club sandwich is very good, with generous fries. The poutine is great, too.

Casse-croûte Le Connaisseur presents an excellent poutine with a perfect blend of mayonnaise, fries, and cheese. The retro decor creates a charming ambiance. The poutine is among the top 5 best in Quebec, with all ingredients combining perfectly. The "hot dog le connaisseur" is also highly praised for its great taste. The food truck kitchen offers a great dining experience at an affordable price. Their burgers and hot dogs are excellent, and the portions of fries are generous. The people working there are the nicest, true Quebecians, and the boss offers a smile and good humor. It's on the highway (138) with big parking, open on weekends, and offers quick service, with service also available in English.
