“To the employees and owner of Boston Pizza.
I don't know where to start.
I have made an order to pick up while in Orleans the girl on the phone was so patient and so kind.
I have ordered two different chicken the breaded burger platter and the chicken breast not breaded burger..
Let's start with the breaded burger..
It had salad an a honey mustard dill sauce bacon and Omg the girl told me that their breaded chicken burger was white breast I asked the question this is what she responded..
I got fried dill pickle..
Spinach dip side aswell.

I got home I started to eat my breaded chicken burger.. Ahhh my god this was the best burger.. It is nothing like the St Hubert St Burger or any other chicken burger..
Their sweet dill honey mustard sauce the best sauce I have ever had... the pickles on the burger the salad..
Their burger is honnestly 10/10
Yummy tasted clean im sure they clesn their oil often, my boyfriend said 10/10 for their chicken burger the not breaded one and I agree with him.. Their fries great 10/10
Their fried pickle 10/10
The sauce with the fried pickle 100/10 yes it was creamy and sooooo good!!

Their spinach dip with cheese omg.

This meal was 10/10
I will def come back !!
But the customer service from when i called and give my order to the young girl on the phone her kindness and patience..
To when i went to pick up my order they were buzy and the parking lot was FULL.. they managed to serve all customers with a smile while managing their stress aswell.. The lobby was full it was busy busy busy..

These girl were so nice evem when she brought the meal to me she apologized for the waiting I told her you dont need to its ok..
I mean so kind but so nice ...
This makes you feel like this is where you will go over and over again!
I highly recommend this Boston Pizza!!

The customer service is 1000/100
Those girls are the greatest from all the restaurant i went too this place ia my favorite.

Thank you Boston Pizza I will be back very shortly.

Guys don't forget to order the chicken burger with a side of fried pickle ♥️🙏

God bless all the staff of Boston Pizza and thank you for making top notch food !! They defenitely impressed me and my standard when it comes to Restaurant are through the roof..
They stole my heart i'm a loyal customer from now on. 🔥

Next time I will take 3 extra sauce like the one you serve with the fried pickle.. That sauce with the fries so good.. I have no more left so good.
The food was immaculent.!”

“Le pain à l’ai gratiné est un délice 🤤😋”

“Fast delivery of hot pizza. Super friendly delivery driver. Hanover, ON”

“Food is great and pretty good selection. Trays were filled up as soon as they were getting low. Waitress / staff is nice and fast at taking orders and bringing water.”

“I have been here a few times before. The drinks are well made. Usually the service is fast and efficient but today on Sep 1,2026 the service at the drive-thru was very slow. There was only 1 car in front of me. It took almost 10 min before i got my drink. I don't know if they were short staffed or new employees being trained but i hope next time the service will be more efficient. The staff is nice and polite. Great location. Lots of free parking. Wheelchair accessible. Good for the whole family. The place is very clean.”

“Great sandwich made by Rebecca. So delicious and full. Store was super clean and had a great atmosphere. The new manager Greg was out front helping with a lunch rush and very friendly. The new management has done a great job with this store. Thanks for a great lunch date with my fiancé.”

“Expected the worst based on reviews. Complete opposite!
Other than a language issue, I placed my takeout order (5 - chicken leg dinners with fries, 1 3pc chicken finger) in person. Couldn't phone in the order and the online ordering was being ignorant.
No lie, max 5 min and order was ready to go!
Nothing but smiles and pleasant people while ordering.
As mentioned, food was bland but after 60yrs, I know how to add spice!
Portions were good and food was still hot after the 20 min drive home.”
