We were served at the car by Vanessa (January 8, 2024 at 11:30 a.m.) She gave us excellent service, in a good mood, helpful (I changed an item returned at the window and it didn't seem to be a problem for her) courteous. She had a smile in her voice when we placed the order and always had that smile returned to her window. If we had had a bad morning Vanessa would have put us in a good mood for the rest of the day. They changed the products that we were used to eating, it was a delight before now it's mediocre French onions as dry as a spitWe had to wait for the cashier at the car to finish putting away the cups, however the fries were good too we can no longer have a simple worm of water we have to pay for a bottle which is not cheap at $2.95 if my memory is good while everyone is working hard to stop plastic pollution it's not the price I would have paid for the A&W RETROGRADE glass THANK...read full review

We've been going there for dinner several times and it's remarkable how good the food is compared to some other A&Ws in town, the slices are always cooked to perfection and the burgers are always well assembled. I don’t know if it was the owner with the French accent who received us last time, but he was very welcoming and he took the time to clear the snow from the entrance when we left, well done if he’s an employee! We recommend this establishment.
