“Probably one of the most legitimate OG Poutines available in Montreal right now. Perfect fries, cooked at the moment. They are ordered, napped with what is definitively the proper sauce for poutine, and covered with a generous dump of squeaky cheese curd.
No. Michelin stars, and no six-page menus of ridiculous Poutine variations. This is poutine how it is supposed to be served.“

“Two lovely ladies served us yesterday Aug4/2021- Wednesday around supper time. They were so attentive and polite. A nice big smile to say goodbye. Very attentive. The experience with the customer service would make me want to go back. Aubway is great , but the customer experience is just as important!!“

“Been going there for years, Salad was not generous at all, the touch screen soda machine was great but they never had the added flavours, so i guess the came back to the old machine. They did not have the foot long cookie. But i don't blame them because subway always bring in new stuff, i don't know how restauramt operators even keep up. This time i took the Lavash bread and it was good. It's actually one of the nicest Subway i've seen.“

“Since ownership changed several years ago the drive-through is consistently open and the service/speed has improved considerably.
5 year old review: Drive-through is consistently not open. Takes over 10 minutes to get an order. This franchise does not deserve to exist.“

“Excellent service, very professional staff, smiling, very good explanation concerning dishes, very cool food, I ate other Torino branches but honestly not really the same service as in the Champlain mail! [Original] Excellent service, personnel très professionnel, souriant, très bonne explication concernant les plats, nourriture très fraîche, j ai mangé à d autres succursales Torino mais honnêtement vraiment pas le même service qu au Mail champlain!“

“The gentleman who is part of the furniture who takes telephone orders and who serves the tables who calls himself the boss no patience on the phone, and raises his voice we haven't finished talking and he hangs up
Dsl finished for me your submarine snack bar and spaghetti pizza fries and everything is good. I don't like his attitude I worked for years in a restaurant the customer is your pay. I'm not the only one to criticize him he should retire if patience is gone.“
