I ordered a brisket and rib combo with 2 xtra rib sauce that you charged me.I didn't receive the 2 sauces and the ribs were so dry, I had to call back and she returned my 2 sauces and offered me dessert but I was sure I had finished supper when it came. arrive in delivery. It's really sad to pay so much for dry food... that's why I always order 2 sauces and it's very rare that I get them even if I warn the person on the phone ???But you charge for example $$$$$$$$$$$$$ eating...read full review
Poor service! We manage to get one order out of four that contains everything we asked for. I can't count the times we had to go back or complain, it seems like no one is there to train and support the poor young people who work there!
