Tim Hortons

I am not racist in any way, but since colored employees are the majority at this place, I was very disappointed with the service, they were not served with incredible aroguance and nonchalance...you would think it was at McDonald's on Gréber in Gatineau ...it's sad to respect people who ultimately treat us as customers like common foreigners...we weren't better served with our people here...sorry....I won't put them back again feet there c some... from the Savane... there c impeccable...read full review

POOR SERVICE:Hello, if I may, I'm giving a HUGE 0 stars following several situations that he knows how to get through and following the great lack of respect on the part of the employees. Terrible customer service.I ordered a coffee and a donut on the app (nothing complicated, we agree), I arrived at the counter about 5 minutes later, there was no indication where to pick up my order, I asked to the employees, but they acted as if I didn't exist, after 10 minutes of waiting they finally brought me my donut.
