“I will still write " yes " because I want to encourage local businesses. I am happy that you decided to be a part of Too Good To Go to fight against food waste. But when I pick up japanese food that's supposed to have a 42 $ value, I expect to get japanese food, and I expect a 42$ value. 2 chicken broth soups with dumplings, and 2 bowls of rice with curry sauce and small frozen eggrolls aren't japanese ( except for the curry sauce ... ) and aren't a value of 42$. I feel cheated.“

“A really cozy place which when you enter you feel at home .Very friendly staff. The food is quite good and I highly reccomend their tea fruit drinks. If you're unsure the waitress can give you good suggestions, love their lemonades and. grapefruit drinks.“

“We went to this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, to which we were the only customers (which is better for us but I wish this restaurant gets more business in the future!).
We ordered the karaage chicken (4.5/5), the bibimbap beef (4/5) and the fried udon beef (5/5). The food was super delicious and comforting (especially the udon, it is a must have!!).
The restaurant is small, but the decor is cute. The server was also very nice!
Overall great spot to get Korean/Japanese food. We will definitely come back!😋“

It’s a small place, super welcoming, and the two owners are always there—hands-on, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell the menus are put together with real care. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and delicious every single time. This is my go-to for sushi plates. Highly recommend!“

“Oh hell yeah. You know those Saturdays where you just run out for an errand and then it ends up being a smooth, unhurried, peaceful day with someone you love? Well, this sizzling bowl of noodles and chicken washed down with a frosty beer on a frigid December day was the perfect respite. Plus we got to hear every word of a successful first date in the booth beside us, which was awesome. Then walking along Monkland and popping into different stores, picking up this and that with a bellyful of wonderful food, jumping in the car and going home and unpacking and watching some good tv, it just doesn’t get better than that.“
“The food and drinks were filled with flavours, some of which I haven’t had before! The surf and turf was a great portion, steak cooked just how I asked, and tender juicy lobster. Delphine was a great, friendly, and funny server. Was visiting Montreal but home to be back not just to the city but to Makaō!“

“Gros coup de cœur pour des dumplings de qualité!“
“Alors que je suis au Cégep Ahuntsic pour affaire, je me suis cherché un endroit original pour dîner, sans bouffe rapide. Pourquoi pas ici? Devanture sans artifice, intérieur sans tape à l’œil. Le cuisinier m'y a offert une table, alors que tout le monde passe ici en mode take-out! WOW! Excellente nourriture! Je me suis senti bien accueilli!“

“I have to say, my partner and I were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We were really craving a good, tasty, Chinese food experience and we got it!
First thing I noticed was how welcoming the waitress was despite us walking in 30mins before closing time. Yes, she is alone waiting tables but her service was excellent and very kind!
Second, the portions of the dishes were very good: wasn’t too sloppy or over-the-top, it was just right. The broccoli beef dish reminded me of the ones I ate as a kid in another resto and I had a very nice nostalgic moment, so just for that it is deserving of my good review. It’s a BYOB, which is a great addition, so next time we won’t hesitate to bring a little vino.
And lastly, there isn’t a better feeling than walking into a restaurant and knowing that the folks there are loyal and local customers. You can tell it’s a place you go to over and over again, a tried and true little spot in Brossard.
Our order, which we really enjoyed and recommend was: broccoli beef, ginger chicken, two bowls of rice and vegetables rolls as an entree. Delicious!“

“Delicious dumplings! They make them in front of you. The restaurant is filled with their yummy dumplings smell. The service is very fast and the menu is easy to choose from. Even though the place is a bit small, it's very comfortable. I recommend trying this place!“

“I’ve been a client for years even before this restaurant was opened. All their plates are tasty, some are authentic from Yunnan, a province in the southwest part of china, and some are “southeast Asia fusion creation “ of the owners, they all are truly delicious 🤤 I live far but every time I m in Laval this is my must go place. All fresh ingredients, no pre-made frozen meals ever. Love 💕 recommend if you love Thai , Cambodian or Vietnamese food !“

“Had the head chef prepare a dinner for two based on their speciality. Being from Toronto and trying all the different Japanese restaurants there, his selection of speciality dishes was beyond my expectations. Great experience and great quality food. One of the best Japanese restaurants I've tried in Montreal.“

“J'ai visité ce restaurant sans aucune attente pour un diner alors que j'étais dans le coin. Quelle découverte! J'ai pris une soupe avec du porc, suggérée par la serveuse (qui était super gentille et nous conseillait vraiment bien). Le porc était si tendre que je le coupais avec mes baguettes. La souper était tellement gouteuse. Des saveurs que je n'avais jamais expérimentées et tout cela dans un petit resto super sympathique. Les prix sont plus que raisonnables. Honnêtement, j'ai juste hâte de retourner dans le coin pour y manger à nouveau et essayer d'autres plats sur leur menu. Une superbe découverte. Dommage que j'habite aussi loin! ;)“

Gf thought the tom yum was okay. Egg rolls are standard lettuce filling. Won ton soup was great and chow mein satisfying even if it’s not the best I’ve had.
Service was great! Good unassuming neighbourhood spot.“

“Wow! Such an amazing experience! The food is very good. I was especially impressed by the bingsu!! By far, the best one we have tried (we had the Biscoff bingsu). We had the Spicy Jampong, the Jajang Noodles and the Tangsu pork with Lychee soju! Would definitely recommend!“
