“The first time I came here, they unfortunately could not serve me because they were booked for an event. The owner was very courteous about it though.
On my second visit, I got to try the Bete chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, there was a slip in the kitchen and my order was missed, resulting in a considerably long waiting time. They recovered from it fast enough but it would have been a bit more professional if someone acknowledged the mistake and apologized. Honestly it wasn't a huge deal though- minor point. The chicken sandwich was alright, didn't amaze me but it was pleasing. It was a bit evident that the item was hurriedly put together once the kitchen realized it was late.
Mistakes happen, but I still enjoyed the food. The menu had me curious about other options, I could return for the mac and cheese.“

“This review is long overdue. La Petite Mangue was our catering service at our wedding last year. From start to finish they were absolutely amazing. The food was out of this world; the fish amok, beef, chicken, tofu curry and fried bananas as well as all of the appetizers were a hit with all of our guests. “I used Bouchee Double for my mother's funeral and am very glad I did. The food for the lunch was excellent: varied and fresh. The server they sent to cater the event was fantastic - helpful and on top of the whole thing. Last minute I asked Bouchee Double to prepare something gluten free for certain guests, and they didn't bat an eye. Special boxes were available so that no confusion happened. Honestly I was very impressed by the quality of food and service, the ease of ordering, the friendliness of everyone on the phone. Thanks for making a difficult situation so care free.

“For over a year it's still very good but today the mango and coconut shrimp are a real revelation. What a delight!My first visit and certainly not my last. I took a jerk pork with a nice quantity of grilled brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes. The pork was juicy, tender, a very nice meat, and the jerk taste was spicy, yes, but not too much. The vegetables were fresh, crunchy and flavorful. A beautiful, healthy, delicious meal at a reasonable price.“

“I've been a customer since they had opened and it was always amazing, I haven't been since covid, randomly walked in yesterday and was amazed that the prices are the same, the size and quality of the sandwiches are exactly the same and that everything is just perfect. I took the classic with the classic sauce, peperette and Stewart's root beer. Had amazing service with a smile, everything prepared exactly like I wanted, I was excited like a kid to get home and destroy it. I am so happy. So many businesses (95%) went downhill in shrinking everything and charging DOUBLE. Dagwoods did not drop.“
