Not bad. But I don’t think prices at McDonald’s are worth it anymore. I’ve had fast food in the states and service there is excellent, in this one they are incompetent.

2024-04-03 ~1:15 PM — I did a mobile order and still had to wait 15 minutes for my food. Also, I ordered the new burger from their remix menu : Chicken cheeseburger and they forgot to put the beef patty… only got the chicken. Pretty disappointing considering I paid $10 for this meal and didn’t get the right order. And the employee giving out the orders dropped my bag and fries on the counter and didn’t replace the fries he dropped… Will avoid this place for next time.

It appears this location has really improved based on the older low scoring reviews. I find the staff are quite friendly and efficient. The hot drinks and smoothie products come out fresh and correctly. They've even baked fresh chocolate chip cookies when they don't have any on the rack. The line moves relatively quickly during rush times. The only thing that I've noticed from time to time the trash is to the brim, but then someone attended to it pretty quickly. Compared to many other locations this one is far from the bottom and in many ways closer to the top. Thank you for your hard work, good service, positive attitude and respect for nice customers.

I was asked to pay for the ketchup and mayonnaise here. Since when did they start charging for them!?! Then will they also charge for straws and napkins??The fries and nuggets are always cold here.
Facilities are so old! They don’t even have a digital kiosk to order without having to talk to someone…

This must be one of the worst McDonalds in montreal.I feel the blame is on the owner, the menu is not complete and you have to pay for extra packets of mayo and ketchup?!? Since when is that something that is done in McDonalds?Ive never seen this before!!!Also the service is kind of slow…Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and there are electric assisted doors.
