The food 10/10, the service 10/10. The black lady who took my order was so lovely. Hope she gets an employee of the month award. The manager was also nice with his staff. A very welcoming ambiance. I went on Aug 15th, 2023 at morning.
BACK IN THE GAME ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Been coming here every now and then for a few months now, and it used to be pretty dirty, with loiterers sitting upstairs and the staff unengaged to say the least. I don’t know if new management took over but I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes. It appears this location has really improved based on the older low scoring reviews. I find the staff are quite friendly and efficient. The hot drinks and smoothie products come out fresh and correctly. They've even baked fresh chocolate chip cookies when they don't have any on the rack. The line moves relatively quickly during rush times. The only thing that I've noticed from time to time the trash is to the brim, but then someone attended to it pretty quickly.
