Padraig Keane and his team had never done a Kosher wedding before but was eager to do one. He purveyor was able to supply all of the Kosher meats and fish. He followed all of the dietary laws to the letter. The food was out of this world. My guests had never tasted such delicious brisket and salmon. The set up and execution was flawless.
