The best subs anywhere hands down!!!
This place is an example of what works so well when a small business is in tune with it's customers.
I have never had a bad sandwich from Ricotti's. But this one time, due to a glitch in the online order system, they didn't get my sandwich correct. I'm sure it was great, but I couldn't eat it.
I reached out to them and they immediately apologized and made good on the mistake.
