The only thing I think could be improved is efficiency of the behind the counter staff. The wait for the bagels was insane, and according to a local is very common. I think he said “if you want to kill an hour, come to Bristol Bagel Works.” While we didn’t wait an hour per se, it was probably a good 20-30 mins with only 6 people ahead of us. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.“

“Jules Ice cream is the absolute BEST in Bristol! We live in Michigan, and visit often. The staff are simply wonderful. If they are ever having an overwhelming or bad day, you would NEVER know. They always greet you with a welcome, hello & smile. Oh, the waffle cones are scrumptious and the selection of ice cream is fabulous!“

To the girl who insisted after my father asked if everything in our order was in the bag that it was, to your manager who was unhelpful and should be dealt with accordingly and whomever portioned out the meal should be reprimanded as well.
