“My husband and I stopped by the other day while out running errands. The bubble tea is such a generous serving and absolutely delicious! The boba was super soft and fresh. We also had the popcorn chicken, and the pork chasu bun, both fantastic. The prices were incredibly reasonable as well. We will definitely be back!“

“Delight for eyes, I am person who enjoys the food through eyes first, we ordered a combo over rice and kofta over rice, wings...Firstly, the fresh ingredients that were added the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh cut, which is an absolute visual appeal. Place is cozy and comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. The taste of dish, I adored the kofta on rice thoroughly. My 7year old enjoyed her chicken wings and their pastries are a special mention. My husband liked his combo over rice and their sauces hit the spot. The red sauce was ?, just drizzle would just do the job. Staff is cheerful and helpful. Would highly recommend the place“

“Staff are always friendly and accommodating when asking for a change to the order. If you take your food to go and realize it was made wrong, as long as you bring back both the food and the receipt, they're happy to remake the food. I've definitely revisited this place several times in the past week alone.

Parking: Located in a plaza with plenty of parking, but the area in front of the store does fill quite fast

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and booths that move, as well as tables with chairs that pull out for easier access when seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs to get in and the food selection in the front is low enough that it can be seen from a wheelchair. They also have handheld menus at the front for if you can't read the screens.“

“We were in town from SC staying at the casino and stopped in to eat breakfast and it was so amazing we came back the next day. Some of the best muffins, hash, eggs Benedict, potatoes, and Western omelet sandwich that I have ever had. Courtney was our waitress and I let her choose my meals and they did not disappoint! Staff is not bad, even when it's busy. I have never had issues with this place, but feel bad for those who have. Mistakes happen, its how the restaurant deals with those mistakes that really matter. Massachusetts has a lot of pizza places and a lot of them are pretty average, but the pizza here is pretty good. Don't order smaller than a large if you don't want thin crust. The wings here are good too, not super soggy like Domino's. They used to have Nuclear hot wings and fried pickles that were to die for. Maybe they'll bring it back. I recommend this place to others. Also, place your order ahead if able.“

“First time trying this chain and would return. I got the 4 pc box, the fiance got the biggest box (sorry, can't remember what they're called). I only received 3 tenders, but didn't mention it because I wasn't finishing the meal anyways. The tenders were solid, not processed, the fries were good too. Garlic bread was good, but I wish it was toasted on both sides. The service and turnaround was quick and they served a lot of customers in the short amount of time we were there.“

The manager of the JM near me said no. I even told her Id call somewhere else, she said "OK" with such attitude. So, I called Plainville Jersey Mike's as Ive ordered here personally and am never disappointed. Well, once again, no disappointment from Plainville Jersey Mikes!! I told them what I needed and they were more than happy to help! The team is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and organized and the food is fresh!! I spoke with Wesley after my event and he made sure everything went well and all my clients employees enjoyed the food! (They did!) “This is the first time I’ve wanted to rate a McDonald’s at more than five stars. Firstly, the young staff was very polite, cheerful, and accommodating. My cashier made a few recommendations that made sense and saved me money. They made a mistake on my “specialty sandwich” and when I politely took it back to the counter, another young person promptly apologized and promised to quickly correct it, which they quickly did. The manager himself brought the corrected order to my table. And perhaps the most surprising thing . . . All my food was actually hot. I almost never got my food hot at McDonald’s. At best, it’s usually slightly warm. My fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets were piping hot. I almost didn’t know McDonald’s could do that (because they never do). Before leaving, my wife and I stopped at the counter, called the manager over and thanked him and his young staff for such fine service. I could tell the manager was a nice and positive guy, not because of how he treated me but because of how positive, joyful, and cooperative his kitchen seemed to be. My hats off to this staff! The 2 young men working there whose names were Will and Jelson helped me pick a sandwich because I have never been there before. They recommended me the Big Kahuna and it was the best sandwich I have ever had. The service was amazing and the food came out quick. Usually I dont talk to the servers at fast food places but they were actually putting in an effort to make my experience wonderful. I 100% recommend!“

She was super friendly and courteous as she did EVERYTHING (ran the register, made our food, made sure we got exactly what we asked for). It took a while, but was worth it. NOTE TO OWNER/MANAGER: If you staffed this place adequately you would get more business I witnessed 2 other couples going to another restaurant kiosk because the wait was too long to order.“
