“We were in town from SC staying at the casino and stopped in to eat breakfast and it was so amazing we came back the next day. Some of the best muffins, hash, eggs Benedict, potatoes, and Western omelet sandwich that I have ever had. Courtney was our waitress and I let her choose my meals and they did not disappoint! “This is truly the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to. It’s always sparkling clean, everything is organized and best of all is the actual service. The owner is so personable, knows our order and always takes the time to have a conversation with us. My son is very picky and raves about his meal every time. I was walking out with another customer a few weeks ago and she said, wow, I’ve never been to a restaurant where they were in such a great mood and so nice. It’s refreshing.“

“If you're wondering, like I was, if this location really exists in the belly of a casino, I can tell you that as of May 2025 it really does and it's just as amazing as I always remembered. It's the only one this far north in New England. If the owner or corporate hq dudes at Nathan's are reading this - please get a location or two somewhere around Boston. When the one in Quincy closed I was heartbroken. I took a subway, commuter rail and a bus to get here and back but was worth the 6 hour trip. Kinda odd that it's in a casino. The fries are the best and the little corndogs were cooked perfectly. The lemonade is legit too. Now I'm going to go take a nap when I get home.“

“Arrived at this McDonald's with the parking lot being completely dark and dreary looking on a cool October Friday night.. Not even the tall McDonald's sign that's usually lit up with all it's golden arches & red n white glory to let oncoming passerbys, patrons, and overall surrounding awareness that this McDonald's location is OPEN!
Yes without a doubt this location appeared to be closed, it was that dark out surrounding the whole restaurant even as you drove around the back it got even darker, with only just a little light coming from the drive thru ordering kiosk. I'm saying to myself is this what they do at this particular restaurant on Friday night to make it appear as if it is closed in order decrease/ keep away any potential customers from ever coming in? Owner manager if you're listening be very aware!
Aside from this initial awkward experience.. the food was outstanding beyond expectation My double quarter pounder deluxe the patties were so hot and juicy I couldn't believe myself after my first bite I nearly almost burnt my tongue and I was like wow that is a fresh hot Burger never before experienced at a McDonald's in my lifetime! So if you guys always need to turn off the lights just to make a burger like that when I arrive more power to you! LOL 😆👍“

“This is the first time I’ve wanted to rate a McDonald’s at more than five stars. Firstly, the young staff was very polite, cheerful, and accommodating. My cashier made a few recommendations that made sense and saved me money. They made a mistake on my “specialty sandwich” and when I politely took it back to the counter, another young person promptly apologized and promised to quickly correct it, which they quickly did. The manager himself brought the corrected order to my table. And perhaps the most surprising thing . . . All my food was actually hot. I almost never got my food hot at McDonald’s. At best, it’s usually slightly warm. My fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets were piping hot. I almost didn’t know McDonald’s could do that (because they never do). Before leaving, my wife and I stopped at the counter, called the manager over and thanked him and his young staff for such fine service. I could tell the manager was a nice and positive guy, not because of how he treated me but because of how positive, joyful, and cooperative his kitchen seemed to be. My hats off to this staff! The 2 young men working there whose names were Will and Jelson helped me pick a sandwich because I have never been there before. They recommended me the Big Kahuna and it was the best sandwich I have ever had. The service was amazing and the food came out quick.
